Casa Riviera

This stay was an absolute delight and truly exceeded my expectations. The design of the room is exceptional—far from a standard hotel setup, it feels thoughtfully curated with a strong sense of style and attention to detail throughout. The bathroom layout is excellent, with a well-executed wet and dry separation that makes the space both functional and comfortable, giving it a clean and upscale feel. A special highlight is the TV design, which looks more like a piece of art than a traditional television. It blends seamlessly into the room and significantly elevates the overall aesthetic and luxury of the space. The room was quiet, spotless, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. If you value design, comfort, and quality, this place is an outstanding choice. Highly recommended for a true five-star experience.

Excellent place to stay - we had all of the creature comforts all in a nice, clean, seemingly recently remodeled environment. * Spacious accommodations * Washer/dryer * Little kitchen - hot water+nespresso+fridge+microwave * Great location - short walk to downtown * Parking with plenty of EV chargers (although one time during the stay all the parking spots were taken - not to worry, there is good street parking) * Little knick knack accessories (tar remover for the beach, makeup remover, USB charging outlets, ...) All in all a good stay.

We stayed here with our dog for a couple nights and we were really impressed by the property. The building is beautiful inside and out. The king bedroom we had was quite spacious for our needs and they provided more things for us than we anticipated. We were surprised to find dog bowls for food and water, slippers, eye masks, and popcorn to name a few. From modern high tech features to luxury bath and kitchen products we felt like our needs were met with the highest standards. Even the bed, pillows and sheets felt amazing! And did we mention the location?! It’s the perfect location, away from the crowds but close enough to walk to state st or even to the other local neighborhoods if you’re looking for cute little eateries or coffee shops. We definitely look forward to staying here again and can easily recommend this place to our family and friends.

Casa Riviera was a true delight. The room was spacious as was the bathroom and the large tub. It was clean and stocked with great amenities. Location was perfect and walking distance to so many great places and restaurants. I looking forward to staying here again.

We had a really lovely stay at Casa Riviera for our 1 year anniversary. Last year we stayed at Casa Jardin, which was also really great. Casa Riviera offers larger rooms with beautiful touches like a balcony or a private patio. You can’t beat the location and the onsite parking. Easy check in/check out process. The whole building was very quiet and we weren’t disturbed by other guests. 10/10 stay!

Our stay at 800 Garden Street, Apartment 23 in Santa Barbara was truly exceptional!! The apartment was stunning and felt brand new, with fabulous décor and beautiful attention to detail throughout. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views were Lovely! The location of this property was ideal.. Literally two blocks from State Steet. The parking garage was spacious and convenient - Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and for making our visit so special. We would happily return again!!

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Santa Barbara. We were in close walking distance to restaurants and shop in downtown Santa Barbara and the surrounding area so it was perfect! We could leave our car there and enjoy the town. The room was bright and cheerful, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

This place delivered on everything we needed. For a weekend getaway, it was the perfect place to spend the night while we spent the days out exploring and walking the town. Rooms are tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. Very clear and proactive instructions from the owner, which helped us check in and check out easily. Would start with them again.
